Adeline and Francis were married on the hauntingly majestic West Coast of Vancouver Island, at Black Rock Resort in Ucluelet BC. It's a bit of a mission to get there, a long winding narrow road (not for the faint of hearts) however... if you can do it.... your wedding is sure to be full of incredible memories for all. Adeline and Francis are two of the most passionate, loving and wonderfully in love people I've ever met. Every moment was completely infused with an elegant beauty... it was literally dripping with love. A traditional tea ceremony, followed by a non traditional first look on the beach then emotional ceremony overlooking the sea. Truly a dream to be a part of.

I have been the worst blogger ever lately. I realize it. I have reasons. I swear.
I'm almost ready to announce why...
But until I have the perfect image to go with the post.... I'll hold off for a few more days. (Whats a few more days)
For those of you that have been checking in and seeing the same images, my apologies!
I'll do better.

Blue skies and a wild bride. A great combination. Leah and Mikes engagement session lead Leah to climb out on fallen trees 20 feet in the air, so it was no surprise that she was completely thrilled to kick off her shoes and jump into the sea on her wedding day. Congratulations Leah and Mike!!

I believe this one was pure elation at how great the cold ocean felt on her feet!

I always worry as I drive away from each and every wedding, that I haven't taken enough images, that the photos will be just 'ok' that people won't like them. EVERY wedding. It's getting a bit old, so I never vocalize these thoughts... they are just my inner worries.

In a very calm grooms hands, a flower.
Are you kidding me!! A favorite ceremony moment!

Andrea and her little sister, love how sweet they are together.
I truly love this image of Andrea after the ceremony

They are so effortless together

I absolutely love this one, it looks so great BIG. (I'm thinking studio canvas for sure)

A fun moment on some wild rocks!

Love a bride who will hike all over in her heels!
And what wedding would be complete without a big sky shot?

Just wanting to fill you in on dates that have already been booked with ERIN WALLIS PHOTOGRAPHY.
It looks to be an exciting year with a variety of wedding locations virtually all over Vancouver Island. We'll be at Tigh-na-mara in Parksville, Quadra Island, Victoria, Courtenay, Cortes Island, Campbell River and more.
