There are so many images to share, but I just had to give you a sneak peek at Alanna and Kevin’s maternity shoot. I love so many of them, and many thanks to ‘Clarence’ for the use of your fabulous farm! Not long now Alanna! Can’t wait to meet your little one!

If your family is all gumboots, umbrellas and rainbows… well, I’m in. A true west coast family on a typical Vancouver Island day. Awesome.
Its my pleasure to introduce you to Sarah and Dave and their small creations. It also happens to be Sarahs birthday today, so Happy Birthday Sarah!

May your year be filled with rain clouds and sun bursts, big smiles and rainbows.

Beautiful Family
I first met Chris, Amber and their gorgeous children about three years ago, when I was still shooting studio images out of my parents house here in Campbell River. Meeting with them again last week, reminded me not only of what a gorgeous family they are… but of how far I’ve come in three years.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. To all of my past clients, thank you for having faith in my abilities. To all of my past turned current clients, thank you for continually trusting your families precious memories with me. To all of my future clients, I look forward to creating images with you as well. Thank you Amber, Chris, Cameron and Lauren!!! Hoping your move across the country is as painless and smooth as possible!

The island will miss you!!!

I am so in love with these next two images! If they were my children… these would be HUGE in my home!

Robyn, Lukas and Adelyn

Robyn and Lukas
This was one of those wedding, that I knew… without a doubt would be perfect.

Lukas is the most organized self proclaimed groom-zilla I’ve ever encountered. Definitely not in a negative way, but in a hilarious, obsessive list writing, detail focused sort of way. Note: matching his tie to his baby girls dress. Not only adorable, but rather endearing don’t you think? In any case, their wedding was sunny, and bright, and full of love, and smiles, and laughter. The whole experience was exactly as I had suspected, perfect.

Robyn and Lukas chose to have their photos with their wedding party and their ‘not so formal’ portraits done pre ceremony, which I really love. I think it allows everyone to look fresh and flawless for the photos, and then continue on their wedding day to pay all of their attention to their ceremony, their guests and their reception. I’m pretty sure the guests appreciate it too!

In any case, here are the fabulous Robyn, Lukas and their show stopping-ly (fully aware that is not a word, but it’s my blog I’ll do as I like) adorable little girl Adelyn. Congratulations you guys!!! The pleasure was truly all mine!!!

Double Trouble

I’d like to introduce you to Madison and Laine. Two of my favorites for sure.
How many times have I photographed them? Well, lets just say… a lot.
Do they have personality and attitude??? Oh yah! Do I love it!?! Absolutely.
Do we bribe them every time with candy… yup. Do we feel bad about it? Nope.
I think this series may be my favorite ever with them.
Have a wonderful weekend!
